Show your school spirit at the RLC Conference! On the first day, wear your school colors and gear to make some noise for your school. Let’s rally together and represent with pride!

Saturday: Dress like your Advisor
Join us for Day 2 of the conference, themed "Dress Like Your Advisor!" Celebrate your Advisor's unique style and influence by showcasing their signature look. Get creative and have fun—we can't wait to see your interpretations!

Sunday: Wacky Socks
On the last day of our conference, let’s have fun with the wacky socks theme! Make sure to show off your wildest socks as we say goodbye. It’s a great way to celebrate our time together and leave with a smile. We can’t wait to see the cool styles!
How to Create a Ripple of Change
During this conference, we are excited to introduce a spirit points system! You can accumulate points through various engaging activities, such as creating a roll call video, designing a digital banner for your institution, and fostering community by performing activities around campus. Additionally, you can earn points by participating in a chant video with your fellow delegates and submitting your programs. Let's make this conference a memorable and spirited experience together!
Roll Call Video
Requirements: Minimum of 1 Minute, Maximum of 2 Minutes. Theme is Ripple of Change (ex: aspects of water, froggies, lily pads) include institution name and must include delegate and advisor!
Each submission will be worth 5 points. - First place will be awarded 15 points. - Second place will be awarded 10 points. - Third place will be awarded 7 points
Institution Banner
Requirements: Digital (Canva, Adobe, etc.), No size requirement however 6,900x3400 is recommended, Meet the theme of Ripples of Change, Include Institution name, and the names of the delegates and advisor
Each submission will be worth 5 points. - First place will be awarded 15 points. - Second place will be awarded 10 points. - Third place will be awarded 7 points
Spirit Activities
- Showing kindness (opening doors, cheering on another school, helping set up or clean up after meals, etc.) - 5 points
- Using our hashtags on social media before and during the conference! - 5 points
- Sending in pictures of members at campus landmarks - 5 points
- Programs:
5 points per educational session submission
10 points per educational session selected
15 points for the winners of the top five best educational sessions
Spirit Chant
Requirements: Include Institution name, and have all the delegates performing chant
Each submission will be worth 5 points. - First place will be awarded 15 points. - Second place will be awarded 10 points. - Third place will be awarded 7 points
